Bean Town Five Bean Chili

    5 Different Beans…we used 5lbs each because we make a BIG batch!

  • Fava Beans
  • Lima Beans
  • Black Beans
  • Pinto Beans
  • Navy Beans

    Rinse and soak overnight.
    Boil in salted Water until soft but not mushy

    The rest of the Chili is to your liking and taste.

  • Canned Tomatoes
  • Peppers (Green & Yellow Bell, Jalapenos, habenaro, dried)
  • Onions
  • WCM Salsa Rustica
  • Garlic
  • Eggplant
  • Bay Leaves
  • Chili Powder
  • Salt & Pepper

Philly Chili- Cheesesteak con Queso

    5 Different Beans…we used 5lbs each because we make a BIG batch!

  • Briquette (We used 20 pounds for our BIG batch)
  • Peppers (Fresh Bell, canned roasted red and Jalapenos)
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cheese
  • Flour
  • Cream
  • Stock
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sauté Peppers and onions
    Rub Briquette with oil salt pepper and chili powder and Brown well in oven (About 45 mins at 400 degrees)
