Swordfish Puttanesca


  • Swordfish Steaks
  • Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Jar WCM Marinara
  • 1 Tin Anchovies
  • ½ Cup Sliced Kalamata Olives
  • ½ Cup Capers
  • ½ Cup Chopped Pepperoncini’s
  • ½ cup Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1 lb. Cooked Linguine pasta

Drain anchovy oil into saucepan add 2-3 oz. EVOO.
Over medium heat Add olives, capers, pepperoncini’s, heat and stir for 1-2 min between Each.
Mash anchovy’s into a rough paste, add to pan and heat, stirring Well for 1 min.
Add WCM Marinara sauce, simmer for 5-10 mins.

Season swordfish steaks with olive oil , course sea salt, and cracked Pepper.
Heat sauté pan over medium/high heat, sear steaks on both sides to desired doneness

To Serve: make bed of pasta on plate, spoon sauce over pasta, lay Swordfish on top, spoon a little more sauce over and enjoy.
