Walt Churchill’s Market sushi bar is the best you will find at any store. Churchill’s sushi department is one of the many parts of our store that set us beyond traditional supermarkets. Our executive sushi chefs have spent over a decade learning their craft, training in some of the finest sushi and seafood restaurants in the country. We use all our own fresh ingredients to make delicious sushi rolls and nigiri daily. All of our supplies come from the largest sushi supplier in the country, with an emphasis on quality and freshness. And every piece of tuna, salmon and fresh fish used to make our sushi is hand-picked for their freshness and quality, with an eye towards making exceptionally fresh tasting sushi every time. All our rolls are made by hand, in the store, to guarantee the perfect flavor and consistency with every bite, and all our sauces used are made in house, by our executive chefs, meaning you can get exceptional quality sushi, every time.
