First Course
Cajun Butter Shrimp
Jumbo Gulf shrimp sautéed in a rich Cajun brown butter with garlic, fresh herbs, and a touch of lemon zest.
Second Course/Salad Course
Artisan Garden Salad
A selection of crisp seasonal greens, Tennessee tomatoes, cucumber, shaved carrots, and red onion,
finished with garlic expressions, lemon zest and parsley.
Third Course-Entrée
8 oz Herb-Crusted Sliced Beef Tenderloin-Medium Rare roasted and finished with a red wine demi-glace.
Third Course-Accompaniment
Twice-Baked Potato
Whipped with cheddar, roasted garlic, chives, and sour cream, then baked until golden.
Dessert
Classic New York-Style Cheesecake
Silky vanilla bean cheesecake topped with a house-made tart cherry compote.

Diners will select their choice of wine to enjoy with their meal. Wine will be added the day of the event and
based upon the retail price of the wine they select.
